Education: Flagler College, B.A. in business administration, accounting; University of North Florida, M.B.A.

Career highlights: Storm began her career in finance and accounting for the public and private sectors. She moved to Florida East Coast Railway (FEC) to develop a process to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley, then moved into procurement at FEC. Her next stops were at RailAmerica Inc., where she served in a procurement role, and then on to Genesee & Wyoming.
