Pay 2022 Dues
All current AARS member dues must be submitted by February 28, 2022 in order for membership to remain active for the year 2022.
Annual Dues for the American Association of Railroad Superintendents are $75 for Active members (members who are actively employed by a railroad, department of transportation, regulatory agency, industry association, publications or educational institution) and Associate members (members who are actively employed as a consultant). Dues for Lifetime members (those who are retired and not employed by the industry even as consultants) are $15.
Supplier dues are $995 and include exhibitor registration for the 124th Annual Meeting June 20-22, 2022 at the Swissotel in Chicago, IL. The supplier membership also includes membership for up to 8 company representatives.

Online Payment
If you were a member of AARS in 2021, you can pay your 2022 dues online via the AARS website. Here's how:
- Sign in with your Username and Password. Forgot your username or password? Email us at aars@supt.org and we will send them to you!
- Once you sign in, click on View Profile in the upper right corner of the web page. Here you can view and confirm when your membership expires and when a dues payment is due. Click on Renew Membership on the right side of the page to renew your membership.
- While you are in your Profile, go to Profile Home and update your contact information.
- Note that there is an online payment fee of $2.50 when you pay online with a credit card.
Pay by Mail
Submit your dues payment by check from a U.S. Bank, Cashier's Check or money order to AARS, PO Box 200, LaFox IL 60147.
