Annual Golf Outing Foursome Registration – $360.00
Annual Golf Outing Participant Registration – $120.00
Registration for one person to participate in the golf outing. Includes box lunch, on course beverages (water, soda, beer), and 19th Hole Barbeque and Awards Dinner.
Annual Golf Outing Registration for 19th Hole Dinner ONLY – $55.00
Registration for one person to attend the Annual Golf Outing 19th Hole Dinner ONLY, at 6:00 p.m.
Beverage Cart Sponsorship – $500.00
Company name and logo on the outing beverage cart; recognition on the AARS webiste and at the AARS Annual Meeting.
Contest Tickets – $40.00
Includes entry into contests (closest to the pin, longest drive, etc.) for one foursome.
Golf Cart Sponsorship – $500.00
Includes signage on every cart and welcome banner by carts with sponsor name and logo.
Golf Tickets – $75.00
Tickets to enter your foursome into the golf contests
Hole Sponsor – $250.00
Sponsorship of one hole on the course. Includes hole sponsorship sign; logo on all marketing pieces and AARS website; and on-course promotion of your company.
Presenting Sponsor – $1,000.00
Welcome banner at entrance to golf outing with company name/logo, promotion on AARS website for one year, feature in AARS Journal newsletter, and promotion at AARS Annual Meeting.
Registration Desk Sponsorship – $300.00
Includes signage at the registration desk promoting your company. Sponsor may place company literature, promotional items on the registration desk.
Sponsorship: Hole in One Contest – $900.00
Includes hole sponsorship sign; logo on all marketing pieces and our website; on-course promotion of your company; and choice of four prizes. Does not include registration for players.
Sponsorship: Million Dollar Shot – $900.00
Includes hole sponsorship sign; logo on all marketing pieces and our website; on-course promotion of your company; shot taken during cocktail hour (on hole closest to clubhouse); and play-by-play announcements by the sponsor, our MC, during the shootout for everyone to hear. Does not include registration for players.

The AARS will host a golf outing during the AARS 123rd Annual Meeting at the Riverfront Golf Course in Norfolk on Wednesday, July 24, 2019.

Proceeds from the outing will benefit the Frank J. Richter Scholarship Fund which provides educational scholarships to undergraduate and graduate students.

Shotgun start: 1:00 p.m.

Registration opens at 12:00 p.m.

Dinner: 6:00 p.m.

Take advantage of the early bird rate of $100 per player or $360 per foursome before June 28.

The AARS Annual Golf Outing will be held at the conclusion of the AARS 123rd Annual Meeting in Norfolk. Event registration is $100 per person and includes green fees, cart, refreshments, box lunch, dinner after golf, and a prize for every participant. Golf outing registration is NOT included with registration for the 123rd Annual Meeting.

Proceeds of the event will benefit the Frank J. Richter Scholarship Fund.

You do not need to be an AARS member, nor do you have to register for the Annual Meeting to participate in the golf outing. Golf outing registration is NOT included with 123rd Annual Meeting registration.
